I have a lot of new hot jobs with client BJC Healthcare (working through Prime Vendor) in St. Louis, MO. ALL candidates must be local to St. Louis, MO so they can make it in for an on-site interview (unless they’re willing to travel for on-site at their own expense and relocate on their own expense). Role: Project Engineer - Database
Persons in this role will lead or participate in the following activities:
* Install DB software on servers for DB2 and Oracle
* Install and configure reporting and/or analysis services against database
* Database configuration and design for new commercial application installs including any replications / High Availability solutions
* Support application teams on performance / load testing for new application installs
* Work with application teams on coordinated DR failover tests
* Write / document server specifications for new database installs
* Create user accounts and permissions at the database level
* Support the development of all necessary procedures and support documents to be handed off to the operational support partner
* Participate in early life support for recently deployed solutions
* Configure backup solutions for databases and ensure recovery procedures exist
* Support archiving and system decommission for legacy systems as appropriate

SCCM environment management requires like-labor to support platform. Maintain SCCM network boundaries, troubleshoot SCCM Client installs, Patch SCCM DP’s, MP and SCCM Servers, Maintain Role Base Access within SCCM, Monitor SCCM Dp’s, Management Points and servers for troubleshooting. Utilize ITIL Change Management for SCCM maintenance and improvements, Expert in PowerShell for SCCM scripting needs and SCCM Report Building/Data Extraction (SQL Query Creation).

Job Description/Responsibilities:
Technical lead role for mobile device management (AirWatch). Supports BJC Compliance requirements. Will provide technical support for transition from AirWatch to InTune. Serves as the AirWatch technical expert for BJCIS support, planning, and project teams. Provides operational support for AirWatch infrastructure, processes, and system administration; profile management, smart group administration, system maintenance, and upgrades. Responsible for incident management; e.g. help desk ticket investigation, customer experience/communication, resolution, and any necessary vendor engagement

SCCM OS Image builds, Printer Logic support, printer hardware support, end-point support, VDI hardware support, tier-three hardware troubleshooting and maintenance, Desktop analytics for device driver issues, End-Point strategy, Windows 10 deployment and WAAS Support, Hardware Consultation/Solutions for BJC Enterprise. Activities currently conducted by a single staff member, due to bandwidth many requests are not addressed within our normal SLA’s causing delay in adequate end user support.

Platforms include Teams, SharePoint, Onedrive, and other O365 applications as needed.

Technical skills in this role consist of the following:
* Has extensive knowledge of Cisco Route & Switch technology.
* Ability to setup and configure a network route & switch appliances from scratch without the aid of instructions in a VSS and HSRP work environment.
* Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software (IOS) issues and correct them.
Is knowledgeable of Cisco Router & Switch technology and can rebuild major site routers from hardware or software failures.
* Has worked with Cisco TAC in resolving software IOS bugs that may be in current running configurations for resolution."

Technical resource responsible for supporting projects that contain any on-prem or cloud computing capacity. Responsibilities will likely include requirements gathering, high and low level technical design, development of support procedures for hand-off to third-party support partner, and early life support for new solutions.

Role: Project Engineer - Block, File, & SAN
Technical resource responsible for supporting projects primarily aimed at decommissioning our legacy storage platform. This person will be assigned for analysis of current IBM XIV platforms and the data contained therein. Resource will support the migration or purging of data on these platforms such that they may be removed from the datacenter. Person in this role will also be primary point of contact for the SAN Fabric, both legacy and new supporting the new Hyperconverged platform.

Job Description Summary
Resource will be a well-rounded generalist who is familiar and conversant with all aspects of infrastructure but no necessarily a master of any. Typical assignments will include research and development of commercial options to meet requirements as appropriate. Resource will also support documentation of Service Design Package artifacts including runbook and early life support procedures.
