Role: Scrum Master
Location: Omaha, NE
Duration: 6 Months
Experienced Scrum Master that works with various cross-functional groups to deliver projects in an Agile fashion using scrum to improve both the top and bottom line.
Qualifications/ Education/Experience/Skills: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing, MBA a strong plus.5-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master in eCommerce, Digital, Supply Chain, Product Development or Delivery is desired.
CPG experience is a plus.
Scrum Master Certification is required.
Experience with DevOps or JIRA is required.Excellent leadership & communication skills.
Foundation project management skills within matrix environment.
Demonstrated integrated process orientation and ability to communicate effectively within project team (core and extended team).
Must be a good team player.
Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
Must possess the ability to explain intricate and complicated concepts and ideas
Exposure to brand/product portfolios is a plus.
