Job Title: SRE Trainer/SME

Location: remote

Position type: Contract

Duration: long term

The SRE Trainers will be subject matter experts on SRE.

Leveraging the same techniques and principles that they will help others to develop, the SRE Trainer will help build SRE skills, best practices, tools, and experience.

Required Skills

• Master's degree or equivalent applied experience

• 10+ years of working as a Full stack engineering

• 5+ years working as a technical Coach, trainer or equivalent

• Exceptional at collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders to articulate program curriculum, developing or adopting class material, delivering synchronous training sessions, curating asynchronous content.

• Demonstrated record of using Learning Management Platforms, generating assessment practices and channels to evaluate training quality, translating raw feedback into synthesized findings, managing feedback loops for continuous improvement Familiarity with SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) concepts and practices

• Particularly skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
