Job Title Azure Cloud Engineering L2 Admin
Proposed Grade B2/B3
Primary Skill (Technical Skill) DevOps & Infra as a Code(IaC)
Secondary Skill (Optional but good to have) GCP
Experience Level Overall 5-7 Years of experience in IT and minimum 2-3 years in Azure public cloud
Location Houston & Pune
Role & Responsibilities 1. Incident and problem management:
2. Maintaining service availability – through L2 troubleshooting and investigation through playbook.
3. Identify, Diagnose and Troubleshoot complex issues with web applications, backend services and IaaS deployments across Azure, Google and other Cloud Service Providers.
4. Assist in the translation of technical issues and complex problems into non-technical summaries for management.
Skills Requirement
Technical skills Mandatory Skills :-
• Hands-on experience with Google and Azure cloud technologies to support built-in Cloud solutions.
• Advanced understanding of Azure DevOps (CI/CD), virtualization and container technologies
• Programming skill set in PowerShell, Python, Bash and Node.js
• Proficiency in Cloud service models e.g. IaaS, SaaS, PaaS
• Skills in Cloud infrastructure deployment, firewall and load balancing, networking, switching, backup and disaster recovery, high availability, enterprise and cloud storage management and technologies, databases and infrastructure capacity planning
• Software packaging and automated deployment experience.
• Infrastructure as Code technologies – i.e terraform
• Source control & DevOps tooling.
• Infrastructure Fundamentals – i.e cloud networking, security, storage technologies (NAS & Object), IaaS compute, IP, DNS
• Database technologies, both relational and document – MSSQL Server, MySQL, Cloud DB products
Behavioral Skills • Accountable for all cloud related admins tasks i.e. design, build, incidents, service request, problem records and changes.
• Customer centric & collaborative approach in professional life.
• Must have excellent communication skills both written and verb
