• Design and implement secure cloud networking architecture: The cloud security engineer with a focus on cloud networking is responsible for designing and implementing secure cloud networking architecture that meets the organization's security and compliance requirements. This includes designing network topology, configuring network security groups, and setting up managing a transit firewall architecture.
• Experience with code deployment and automation best practices: GitHub, and Terraform configuration and automation experience is required.
• Monitor and respond to network security incidents: The engineer is responsible for monitoring the cloud network for security incidents and responding to them in a timely manner. This includes setting up alerts and notifications, investigating security incidents, and implementing remediation actions.
• NGFW configuration and support: The engineer is required to have at least basic understanding of how Next Gen Firewalls operate and basic configuration requirements.
• Stay up to date with cloud networking security trends: The engineer is responsible for staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in cloud networking security.
