• Monitoring and analyzing multiple systems and researching and proposing solutions to issues
• ▪ Writes, tests and debugs integrations among systems-- integrating systems and bringing them together
• ▪ Demonstrates knowledge in all areas of networking, storage, compute and virtualization
• ▪ Demonstrates understanding in all areas of PaaS capabilities, e.g., containerization and workload schedulers
• ▪ Designs and documents technical solutions required to support complex business system and /or integrations
o Define and drive observability metrics and SLO's
o Infrastructure/Platform lifecycle management (the lifecycle of an infrastructure asset from planning, through operation, and disposal or end-of-life)
o Capacity optimization and resource forecasting
o Leverage SRE culture and principles
o Expertise on logging service and reporting tools
o Contribute for DevOps tools
• Has responsibility and capability to work multi-platforms.
• Works independently.
• Interprets policies and applies experience.
• Troubleshoot complex Incidents and develop skills for future technologies.
• Develop POC of new products and define center of excellence
for the organization.
• Drive employee engagement and achieve management
