Mandatory Skills:

Quarterly Update Process

Month End Process

5-7 Years of Cloud Experience and 5-3 years of R12 Experience Implementation projects, rollouts

At Least 1-2 projects in AMS mode Support Projects

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience as Oracle ERP Finance business analyst role and able to work with large sized support and enhancement / development teams. 

• Well versed with ERP Finance modules (Oracle ERP Cloud).

• Expert level functional knowledge on modules - General Ledger, Order to Cash, Payables, Payments, Cash Management, Receivables, Assets, PDH, Inventory, and Purchasing.

• Nice to have knowledge on Oracle PaaS areas like Integration Cloud

• ·         Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to financial processes and reporting.

  ·         Translate business needs into clear and detailed functional requirements for the ERP system, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

  ·         Conduct gap analyses to identify areas where the ERP system requires customization or configuration to meet business needs effectively.

  ·         Work closely with the IT team and ERP vendors to design, configure, and implement solutions that address financial business requirements.

  ·         Participate in system testing and validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data and processes within the ERP system.

  ·         Assist in user training and provide support during the ERP system rollout and post-implementation phases.

  ·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial data from various sources into the ERP system.

  ·         Continuously monitor the ERP system's performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

  ·         Stay updated with the latest ERP trends and advancements and make recommendations for enhancements to the financial modules.

  Act as a subject matter expert for financial processes and the ERP system, providing guidance and support to end-users.
