Job Description :
Opening / Selling Statement -
The ideal Sr. OpenShift Engineer candidate for this role has to be a true engineer. They have the experience to mentor team members and take on challenging OpenShift related projects. They should have a high level understanding and troubleshooting skills to assist our Jr. and mid-level OpenShift engineers on OpenShift escalations.
Required Skills -
OpenShift, Container Platforms, Kubernetes, Linux, Red Hat, AWS, Azure, On-Prem, Public and Hybrid Cloud.
Job Duties -
Be the escalation point for Jr. and Mid-level team members to assist with troubleshooting.
Review and interview Jr. and Mid-Level OpenShift candidates.
Design, implement and deliver infrastructure on container platforms such as OpenShift, Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
Automation scripting with Ansible, Perl, Bash, Shell or Python.
Job Requirements -
10+ Years of experience with OpenShift technologies.
8+ Years of experience with managing, implementing and upgrading Red Hat Enterprise Linux, AWS and Azure Cloud, and OpenShift Environments.
Red Hat Quay, Terraform & Vault Configuration.
Enterprise middleware platform experience with Oracle WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, RedHat and JBoss.
US Citizens and/or Green Card holders only.
Desired Skills & Experience -
IAM and security policy, RBAC experience; IT Security.
Knowledge of one or more middleware and database technologies (WebSphere Liberty, JBoss EAP, DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB)
