Job Description ·8+ years of experience in IT-managed services, with a focus on service delivery ·4+ years of experience in project management ·Strong leadership and communication skills ·Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure space (Compute, Network, Databases, Storage, Disaster Recovery, Azure Cloud) ·Ability to manage and motivate a team. ·Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills ·Experience with ITIL and other relevant IT service management frameworks ·Experience with managing SLAs Desired Skills and Experience: · Experience in the IT infrastructure managed services industry · Experience in transitioning from one managed services provider to another · Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies · Experience with cloud computing technologies · Experience with security and compliance requirements Minimum years of experience*: 8+ Years Certifications Needed: No Interview Process (Is face to face required): NO
