Role: HCM Cloud Functional Consultants
Location: Philadelphia,PA

Job Description

• Over 8+ years of experience in Implementation, support or upgrade of Oracle EBS suite of products with at-least 1 implementation experience on SaaS HCM Products Core HR, Compensation, Recruiting & Onboarding, Self-Services, Payroll (FastFormulas, extract to ADP)

• Hands on experience in Fusion latest release

• Provide Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion functional consulting services by acting as subject matter expert and leading clients in issues resolution

• Prior experience in HCM Cloud implementations/upgrades/support

• Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion support project

• Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner as agreed within the customer SLA

• Interact and guide technical project team members that works reports, interfaces, application extensions, etc.

Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis
