🚀 Hiring: Business Analyst -Financial Services domain experience

📍 Locations: Westlake, TX | Raleigh, NC | North Smithfield, RI | Merrimack, NH

Rate-$40/hr on C2C Max 

H1B, H4EAD only on C2C and USC and GC on W2 Only

We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst with Systems Analysis experience to join our team. If you're passionate about analyzing business needs, improving systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Analyze business and system requirements to support enterprise applications

✅ Perform data analysis, data mapping, feasibility studies, and impact analysis

✅ Create use cases, user stories, process flows, and functional documentation

✅ Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, QA, and architects

✅ Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system configuration, and gap analysis

✅ Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to successful project delivery

🔹 Required Skills

✔ systems Analysis or Business Analysis experience

✔ Bachelor's degree (Technology-related field preferred)

✔ Experience with Data Analysis, Data Mapping, Impact Analysis, Gap Analysis, and UAT

✔ Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

✔ Ability to work across multiple applications, integrations, and cross-functional teams

✔ Experience working in Agile environments

• Knowledge of APIs, AWS Cloud, Data Design, Batch Processing, Event Processing, and Workflow Automation

• Financial Services domain experience

• Exposure to Test Automation and Quality Assurance practices

• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies
