🚀 Hiring: Scrum Master-Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)

📍 Location: Fort Mill, South Carolina (Onsite)

Rate:$50/hr max on C2C

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master who is passionate about Agile delivery and servant leadership. If you have a proven track record of coaching Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and driving continuous improvement using JIRA and Confluence, we'd love to connect!

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead Agile delivery across one or more Scrum teams

✅ Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives

✅ Coach teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement

✅ Collaborate with Product Owners to manage product backlogs, priorities, and sprint goals

✅ Remove impediments, resolve conflicts, and foster high-performing, self-organizing teams

✅ Track sprint progress, metrics, and reporting using JIRA

✅ Maintain project documentation and knowledge sharing through Confluence

✅ Ensure high-quality sprint delivery and stakeholder alignment

🔹 Required Skills

✔ 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master

✔ Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence

✔ Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, SDLC, User Stories, Definition of Done (DoD), and Backlog Refinement

✔ Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills

✔ Experience managing Agile delivery across cross-functional teams

• Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)

• Knowledge of SAFe, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks

• Exposure to AWS, Snowflake, dbt, or Fivetran

• Strong servant leadership mindset with experience coaching Agile teams
