We are looking for an experienced Microsoft SQL Database Administrator with strong expertise in SQL Server Administration, T-SQL development, performance tuning, High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and AWS RDS. If you enjoy optimizing mission-critical database environments, we'd love to connect!
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage and maintain Microsoft SQL Server environments across on-premises and cloud platforms
✅ Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize database performance
✅ Implement and support High Availability (AlwaysOn, Mirroring, Log Shipping) and Disaster Recovery solutions
✅ Plan and execute database upgrades, migrations, backups, and recovery strategies
✅ Develop and optimize T-SQL objects including stored procedures, views, triggers, and functions
✅ Automate database administration tasks using PowerShell and T-SQL
✅ Manage and optimize databases hosted on AWS RDS
✅ Collaborate with development teams to improve database performance and scalability
🔹 Required Skills
✔ 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Microsoft SQL Server DBA
✔ Strong expertise in SQL Server Administration and T-SQL Development
✔ Experience with Performance Tuning, Backup & Recovery, and Database Security
✔ Hands-on experience with AlwaysOn Availability Groups, Database Mirroring, and Log Shipping
✔ Experience with PowerShell scripting
✔ Familiarity with AWS RDS and cloud database environments
• Microsoft SQL Server Certifications (MCSA/MCSE)
• AWS Cloud experience
• Database migration to cloud platforms
• DevOps & CI/CD experience for database deployments
