🚀 Hiring: Data Analyst

📍 Location: New York / New Jersey (Onsite)

Rate:$45/hr max on C2C 

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong SQL skills and a solid understanding of data analysis, data mapping, and data lineage to support enterprise data initiatives in a regulated environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Analyze and validate datasets to ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy

✅ Write and optimize SQL queries to support business analysis and reporting

✅ Perform data mapping and data lineage analysis across enterprise systems

✅ Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to gather requirements and validate data outputs

✅ Identify data quality issues, inconsistencies, and recommend improvements

✅ Support regulatory and compliance-related data initiatives

✅ Document data definitions, mappings, transformations, and business rules

🔹 Required Skills

✔ Strong working knowledge of SQL

✔ Hands-on experience in Data Analysis and Data Review

✔ Good understanding of Data Mapping and Data Lineage

✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

✔ Experience working with business and technical stakeholders

• Basic understanding of Data Governance

• Regulatory & Compliance experience

• Exposure to ETL, Cloud platforms, and Databases

• Experience with Collibra or other Data Governance/Data Lineage tools

• Familiarity with Tableau or other visualization tools

• Financial Services / Banking domain experience
