🚀 Hiring: Java Team Lead – Payments / FinTech Domain Experience 

📍 Location: New York, NY (Onsite)

Rate-$55/hr max on C2C

We are looking for an experienced Java Team Lead to drive the development of mission-critical payment and platform services. If you have a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and payment processing platforms, along with leadership experience, we'd love to connect!

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Java-based backend applications

✅ Build and maintain high-performance payment processing systems, APIs, and microservices

✅ Drive technical solutioning, application deployments, and production support

✅ Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA, DevOps, and offshore teams

✅ Integrate with payment gateways, banking APIs, and enterprise services

✅ Perform code reviews, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution

✅ Ensure secure, scalable, and compliant solutions following industry best practices

🔹 Required Skills

✔ 8+ years of experience in Java Development

✔ Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architecture

✔ Hands-on experience with Payment Gateways, Transaction Processing, Digital Wallets, or FinTech Platforms

✔ Experience with Kafka, PostgreSQL/MongoDB, OAuth2, and JWT

✔ Strong knowledge of Agile, SDLC, CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices

✔ Excellent stakeholder management, client communication, and team leadership skills

⭐ Preferred Skills

• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Docker & Kubernetes

• Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)

• Knowledge of PCI-DSS, ISO 8583, or PSD2

• Banking, Payments, Insurance, or Financial Services domain experience
