Purpose The Agency is seeking Information Technology (IT) Consulting Services, Staff Augmentation to provide qualified Consultants, with Oracle Database DBA, WebLogic Administrator and DB2 for LUW DBA experience to support the Agency. Must supply a matrix of candidate skills highlighting required skills to indicate, for each candidate submitted, details regarding the number of years the required skills have been used, the last time the skill was used, and in what context/for what project. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) – (Must Complete!) Required Consultant must demonstrate: (Minimum): Years’ Experience Last time the skill was used, and in what context / for what project Strong experience with Apache, Nginx, Ruby Rails, Java, and PHP.     Strong experience with Linux Operating System Administration.     Strong experience debugging and supporting open source software.     Strong experience developing / supporting applications in MySQL and Oracle backend databases.     Expert experience in web development.     Government project experience.     Preferred Consultant Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Years’ Experience Last time the skill was used, and in what context / for what project Strong verbal and written communication skills.     Ability to communicate effectively with technical and customer staff.     Maintain professional working relationship with customers and staff.     Knowledge of multiple Operating Systems, including Solaris and Linux (Centos, Red Hat).     Experience installing and configuring Operating Systems and application software.     Knowledge of UNIX shell scripting.     Experience debugging software and database application issues.     Knowledge of project and process management concepts.     Experience working within an ITIL-based Change Management.     Must submit pre-screening reference checks on all candidates submitted.
