Required Skill:
Case Management/Service Console configuration & Customization esp process/workflow, Service Console setup, Complex customization requirements
SF Community configuration, UI Setup, branding
Development using SF Lightning component
API integration and creation
Live agent/omnichannel configuration and setup
Einstein BOT basic configuration
Configure salesforce org level categories for various knowledge articles which needs lot of collaboration with various groups
Design process to create, manage and publish articles
Configuration which may include workflow rules, approval process, flows based on requirements
Chatter with customization and development
Customization to post chatter comments based on case updates based on requirements
Salesforce Integration
Develop webservices to get data through APIs
Customization to call APIs within community and service console
Coordination with various teams to get appropriate requirements and design
Good communication skills
Work with in multivendor environment
Provide inputs to Architecture team
Provide options and suggestion to business team on workflow, process customizations, OOTB SF features
