Must Have Skills
1. Have working experience of FICO BLAZE [required]
2. Experience of directly working with business stakeholders for requirements elicitation, documentation [required]
3. Exposure to Agile Methodologies and to tools like JIRA [required]
4. Understanding of BA processes around requirements management, gap analysis, effort estimation, building out as is - to be business process flows [required]
5. Must understand data, data relationships at the table and attribute level. Able to interpret measurement definitions, and perform data decomposition [required]
6. Perform Gap analysis and impact analysis on any changes that are being suggested [required]
7. Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation skills [required]
8. Planning and Co-ordination skills [required]
Nice to have skills
Good understanding of health insurance macro business functions and processes
