Must Have Skills
PeopleSoft Technical
PeopleSoft HCM with Payroll module experience
Client Handling experience
* Overall 8+ years of relevant experience in Implementation, Development and Support projects related to PeopleSoft HCM
* Strong experience in performing due diligence and Fit Gap analysis of Clients NA Payroll module w.r.t Oracle delivered module.
* Strong hands on experience in PeopleSoft Development Tools & Good Competency in Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Workflows .
* Understanding of Insurance (Health) domain preferred
* Should have strong PLSQL experience.
* Has sufficient knowledge of Unix shell scripting
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with LOB partners, project teams and BAs.
* Identifying and addressing client needs, building solid relationships with clients communicating with the client in an organized/efficient approach.
* Expertise in Data migration and Data conversion
* Experienced in working with offshore team as lead with customer facing skills.
