Detailed Job Description:
- PEGA CSSA certified
- Must have at least 5yrs of Strong HANDS-ON PEGA Experience in v7.x and above.
- Must have ability to perform Requirements Analysis, Design, Root Cause analysis
- Able to play Technical Lead role in terms of managing the Client stakeholders, Work Assignment and coordinate work with team in Global Delivery model
- Strong communication skills
- Must have Agile Development experience

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:
- Should Be able to gather requirements and design the solution
- Good to have experience on PEGA tools

Process Workflow Steps:
a. Request distributed for sourcing
b. Supplier submits candidate profile(s)
c. MSP reviews and dispositions (MSP Qualify) candidate profiles for manager review
d. Candidate is evaluated and selected by manager (PM Qualified)
e. MSP Team releases offer for supplier Offer Acceptance/Approval; Supplier initiates BGC
f. Once accepted & approved by the supplier the workflow goes to Worker Download then PO ID Upload
g. Once the PO is uploaded, the workflow circles back to the MSP Team for Onboarding
h. When the supplier has confirmed that the BGC is complete and adjudicated green, the MSP Team will onboard the candidate to complete the workflow in Beeline
i. Every 6 months, you will receive a survey form our team requesting input on your experience. Must have Pega CSSA certification Should have strong PEGA knowledge and experience in leading PEGA projects Excellent communication skills and able to manage the client without any escalations Should Be able to gather requirements and design the solution Good have experience on PEGA tools
