Job Title: Test Manager
Work Location: Saint Louis, MO 63127 Client : Infosys / Coventry Health Care of Missouri, Inc OR Ameren
Contract duration months : 6 +
* Minimum years of experience required: 15 years
Skill and Experience:
a. Good Understanding of STLC ( Software Test Life Cycle) process
b. Experience across multiple types of testing i.e. System Testing, System integration and E2E testing
c. Understanding of testing stage gates(Entry Exit Criteria)
d. Experience in handling different phase Test execution, scripting and planning
e. Experience in coordinating with different teams like Business, Development, Third Party teams
f. Experience in Test Management tool
g. Experience in Waterfall and Agile based SDLC
h. Experience in Maximo Work and Asset management processes / Utility Domain would be an added advantage
Responsibilities:
i. Test Planning, Tracking & Monitoring testing activities and progress
j. Review of Test Deliverables and seek sign-off from client stakeholders
k. Reporting testing progress to stakeholders
l. Ensure Test Strategy & Test Plans in place and Test Gating criteria are met prior to each testing phase as defined in Test Strategy
m. Drive defect management process to ensure all defects are assigned and resolved as per SLA
n. Coordination between different teams involved in E2E testing
o. Drive and track UAT progress by coordinating with teams involved in UAT
p. Identify issues, risks, and project team conflicts, to develop a timely resolution in the area of Testing
q. Manage client interactions and expectations; demonstrate subject matter expertise, address client needs, provide value propositions, and manage resource requirements.
r. Serve as liaison between client, project team, development team, and other stakeholders
