Job Description:
• Advise Agency personnel on Identity and Access Management best practices, processes, and procedures
• Consult with Agency Projects / initiatives to provide expertise related to Identity and Access Management tasks
• Consult with Agency Projects / initiatives to provide expertise related to Identity and Access Management tasks
Administer (Including Agency Roles, groups, attributes, etc.) Various Directories and Identity & Access Management Systems, including:
• IBM ISIM/ISAM
• IBM Secure Directory Server
• MS Active Directory
• Novell eDirectory (migrating to IBM Secure Directory Server)
• Perform Tier 2/3 support for the Agency in resolving issues with Identity and Access Management Systems
• Provide Data extracts and run reports from Agency Identity and Access Management Systems
• Interface with the Innovate Ohio Platform Team, working closely with both Vendor and State staff.
• Write / review Agency documentation relative to Identity and Access Management policies, procedures, standards, baselines, etc.
