A strong PeopleSoft HR Payroll module expert with techno functional experience who can perform gap analysis for clients and support all ongoing initiatives within PeopleSoft HCM
We are looking for Strong PeopleSoft HCM Techno Functional Profile with overall 8+years of Experience primarily in NA payroll module.
* Overall 8+ years of relevant experience in Implementation, Development and Support projects related to PeopleSoft HCM
* Strong experience in performing due diligence and Fit Gap analysis of Clients NA Payroll module w.r.t Oracle delivered module.
* Strong hands on experience in PeopleSoft Development Tools & Good Competency in Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Workflows.
* Should have strong PLSQL experience.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with LOB partners, project teams and BAs.
* Expertise in Data migration and Data conversion

Top 3 responsibilities:
Provide Solution for new Business requirement in PeopleSoft HCM.
Drive meeting with various stakeholders and ensure smooth planning of deliverables
Lead various Client Initiatives within PeopleSoft
