- Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities
- Executive presence and ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Power BI, Qlik or Tableau dashboard development
- Prior experience with global IT infrastructure implementations, budget management, cost estimation, and healthcare IT
- Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
- Experience working independently with minimal supervision and guidance with ability to follow-through assigned responsibilities
