SAP BOBJ Admin with Linux & Upgrades...80% Remote

This is mostly remote.

 

SAP BOBJ Admin with very strong in Linux & Upgrades.

 

Duration:           4-6 months

Start Date:         ASAP

Location:            80% remote, 20% client on-site Hartford CT

Skills Required: 

•           Accomplished Business Objects architect with several iterations of Business Objects upgrades

•           Experience working with Linux environments

•           Some beginner/moderate experience with Java

•           Business Objects administration

 

A general familiarity with Java is preferred, but not mandatory.  No significant experience in developing or building universes is necessary for this role, but a nice-to-have, and I’d expect most candidates will have at least some experience and familiarity.  The candidate is a BO administrator/architect.  Not necessarily a BO developer.  The ideal candidate has installed, upgraded, and possibly integrated Business Objects into 3rd party apps
